3/1: Ran 2 miles (15:57), then did P90X stretch
2/28: Ran 3 miles (26:00)
2/27: P90X Shoulders & Arms
2/25: Jogged a nice easy 3 miles (29:50), then did the P90X stretch workout
2/22: Ran 2 miles (17:35)

I injured my knee training for and running my last marathon, so I've been taking it extremely lazy easy lately. But now I'm feeling back to normal and have just started thinking about this years' races. So far I'm signed up for two 5k's and am trying to decide on which marathon to do. I'm thinking about the Savannah Rock 'n Roll in November. Time to start doing more than just the occasional P90X dvd!
